A Journey of Living from Glory to Glory

Your Vision: Everything You Touch Shall Be Blessed

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if people wanted to be around you because you brought harmony, peace, love, prosperity and abundance everywhere you went? The radiance of your blessings would cause people to flock, attracted by your aura and spiritual atmosphere. When they come into your presence, they start to pick it up, and blessings begin to flow into them—even if only for a moment.

Can you say that your life is prosperous? I don’t just mean financially, but in every area—your relationships, your home life, your career and business ventures, your health, your joy, and your peace. True prosperity in the Kingdom of God is like this. In fact, a person walking in God’s abundance is a carrier of blessings—it follows them wherever they go.

I hear so much today about “the law of attraction” and many self-improvement courses focus on this as a mystical universal law. Well, it is—sort of. But there’s only one way in the universe to possess the true law of attraction and that’s to do it God’s way—with Kingdom blessings. All other ways are a counterfeit and are based on a curse.

In every life and in the universe in general, there are two forces at work, blessing and cursing. And everyone is walking in one of those two camps. God intended for His children to walk in pure blessing. With God, prosperity and abundance is yours—it’s a covenant blessing. He created you to be abundantly blessed, with every good and wonderful thing.

So this vision is about a simple statement from God:

Whatever you do prospers, and everything you touch is blessed.

How would you like that statement to be about your life? I know with absolute certainty that my deepest desire is to have that statement describe my life. Instead of constantly facing down disparaging situations, dealing with stress and worry, and fighting to survive financially, I long for the day when I walk as a carrier of blessings and not a carrier of curses.

So let’s see what God has to say about the kind of life where everything you touch is blessed:

Deuteronomy 28:8
The Lord will command the blessing on you in your storehouses and in all to which you set your hand, and He will bless you in the land which the Lord your God is giving you.

Genesis 39:3
3 And his master saw that the Lord was with him and that the Lord made all he did to prosper in his hand.

Imagine how magnificent it will be when you are walking in unity with the plans that God has designed for your life, and everything you do becomes prosperous. Imagine becoming involved in a business venture that turns out to be highly profitable. Imagine people clamoring to do business with you because you succeed at everything you do. Imagine even, that you plant a garden and the growth of all that you plant is unimaginable to the average gardener.

God says “all to which you set your hand” will be a blessing. The Lord will make all you do to “prosper in your hands.”

Even though these Scripture verses are from the Old Testament, they are blessings that carry through to the New Covenant and should be a part of the walk of every Christian.

What a vision – blessings all around you because of your relationship with the Creator of the Universe; People flocking to be near you hoping to catch some of your aura; Business deals going your way; Relationships full of peace, love, joy, and harmony; Abundant health; and a life full of God’s provision and wholeness.

Oh Lord, I hear your Word and seek the lifestyle of blessing and abundance! Amen.

  2. this is a good reminder on how we should think. we live in a fallen world, and experience problems each day because of it.

It is easy to think that we are cursed instead of blessed.

We need to remind ourselves of the promises of God, and rise above the circumstances, and show the mercy and blessings of God to others.

    thank you for that reminder!

    • Hi Marianne! I really appreciate your comment. My current focus is to shift my entire “reality,” realizing that this begins with the vision that God has for my life (and for all of us).

I’m sure you will be hearing from me in the future.

  3. I know in my job alone, the blessings and favor of God have been proven! It is the JESUS IN ME, not of myself. Yes,God uses my personality, but without me SEEKING him 1st daily, and learning of Him, basking in his presence all through the day, I would be just ordinary and not so wonderfully blessed and respected!!! It IS the light of my Lord shining in and through ALL I DO…without Him, I’m just ordinary , but with Him….. OUT OF THIS WORLD,literally!!!!! Blessed and overflowing in Joy!!!!!!!
All because I am a daughter of THE KING!
